The Battle of Bunker Hill
* The Battle of Bunker Hill is known as the bloodiest battle to take place on North America
* Under the control of Colonel William Prescott they were sent to protect Bunker Hill, but ended up at Breed's Hill
* The British made three waves upon the hill. On the third wave, the British made it to the hill and managed to capture it.
* The defeat at Bunker Hill was seen as a moral victory, because it showed how the colonists could fight against the British without flinching
* Majority of British officers in the Revolutionary War fell at Bunker Hill

The Battle of Trenton
- The Battle of Trenton was one of the turning points in the Revolutionary War
- On Christmas Day, the American troops had crossed the Delaware River
- This victory encouraged more enlistments into the Continental Army
- The Americans made a secret attack on the Hessian mercenaries, when they were sleeping
- This was the first success under the control of General George Washington

Battle at Princeton
- After this battle, the British left New Jersey and went back to New York
- Enlistments into the Continental Army rose
- Led the Americans to think they could actual win the war
- The Battle at Princeton almost never happened, because majority of Washington's men enlistments were up
